So, Koran has definitely betrayed Kurei as he had team Ura-Uruha try to kidnap Yanagi. There is definitely going to be some interaction with those two in the future. Recca was able to stop him and it seems Fuko is getting closer to figuring out how to stop Magensha. I was happy reading this volume from front to cover.Best volume yet and I hope this continues. The way that the story is unfolding, only more death and destruction can reign upon the Tournament. I really want to see what happens with Raiha. I hope he doesn’t get swept aside. So, isn’t Recca’s obsession for Yanagi annoying?
I gotta say, this Volume was great from start to finish. We got a lot of story as well as some good actions. Fuuko vs Gashakura was pretty solid. Koran tried to interfere with the match by setting up those laser towers. He almost had Fuuko but Gashakura eliminated the towers to have a Fight of honor. The entire fight, Gashakura kept saying Fuko was finally his rival, and I agree. We finally got a good fight that didn't end on bullshit. Fuko used one of the red Kodama's and that released a temporary deity fluffball. I want to see where this goes because they can't really find the Kodama for the middle placement because the next day, if they win this round, is the final round with Kurei. Very interesting stuff here.
So after defeating Gashakura with the Rasengan, Fuko decides to fight Magensha so that Domon may be able to pick up on his weakness before he has to fight. None of that happened. Fuko was sent to the Shadow Realm like Tsukihiro and Kashamaru. Domon turned up after this, but sadly he was fighting a fake. We get to see what happens when Raiha faced Team Kureinai. I knew Raiha would forfeit but now I’m pissed because he was a one man team and Mikoto stated that if he was serious, they would not have passed. Raiha is definitely that anime character who’s super strong but never fights. One can only speculate from here on out.
