While Logic may not be in the headlines every day or taking home every award, he is undoubtedly one of the most successful artists out today. 2018 has been another great year for the Maryland native. In March, Logic dropped his Bobby Tarantino II project. Featuring Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean, 2 Chainz and more, the project shot up the charts to number one after moving 119,000 units in its first week. Since releasing his second number one project in two years, Logic moved on to earn two Grammy nominations and take home a BMI Award.

Tonight, Logic returned to the stage where he made a name for himself last year. Looking to build off of his moving 2017 Mtv Vma Performance with Khalid and Alessia Cara, Logic took the stage at the 2018 Video Music Awards to perform his song, “One Day“, with Ryan Tedder. Keeping in line with the social impact of his performance last year, Logic took aim at President Trump’s immigration policy. With a shirt that read “F*ck The Wall”, Logic gave a spotlight to the youth affected by these divisive policies and highlighted advocates for reform.
