Like many reviews before, I concur with the appalling adaptation of the book. It was disappointing and frustrating to watch from the beginning. I understand a book needs to have some rewrites for a screen adaptation, but that was beyond a rewrite. If you are looking for the next "Twilight", don't go and see this. They turned a great book into a completely hokey movie that was not worth the price of the ticket. They were missing some essential characters and other essential characters were barely written in that it left you scratching your head in confusion.
