Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim’s marriage ceremonies have begun. We informed you that there will be a combination of Hindu and Muslim rituals for the wedding. The Haldi ceremony was held today in the afternoon. A small shamiana has been set up outside Shoaib’s home in Maudaha, Lucknow. Decked up in white and yellow flowers with dupatta, the place looks homely yet vibrant. The actress is seen dressed in a white salwar kameez with a yellow dupatta on her head. Shoaib is in denims and a white vest. The women are also in various hues of yellow. Our would-be bride and groom look lovely in the desi setting. We saw how they did a pre-wedding shoot where they recreated the magic of Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jaana Sanam in the fields around Shoaib’s home. The couple looked so adorable together. They decided to marry in his hometown to avoid the media glare. However, a grand reception is being organised on February 26 in Mumbai’s Sea Princess Hotel. We showed you a cute video of Shoaib dancing on Hawa Hawa at one of the parties organised prior to the wedding. The two met on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka and love blossomed between them.
