Beyhadh starts with Arjun (Kushal Tandon) telling Maya (Jennifer Winget) that he hates her. They come home but he breaks things and angrily pushes her. Bleeding, Maya sits on the floor and cries badly. Jhanvi (Kavita Ghai) comes close to her. She tells Jhanvi that Arjun lost his temper and behaved badly. She says he will come to me once he has cooled down. Maya says Arjun feels suffocated in my love. She tells Jhanvi that Arjun talks about leaving me. Saanjh is giving gifts to everyone. Vandana says Arjun has left us and you too should move ahead in life. She has brought a gift for Arjun as well.

Maya tells Jhanvi that her relationship with Arjun is her life. She says if he breaks away then I will die. She says he cannot leave me and go. Maya says he does not understand what is good for him. She says she will not let him break off with her. Maya says every relationship has problems and Arjun does not understand my love. Maya says I have to make him understand. Jhanvi presses the button of her wheelchair as she is restless. Maya says I do not accept defeat nor do I like to opt for short cuts in life. Saanjh (Aneri Vajani) tells everyone that she has found a boyfriend for herself. Everyone is elated to know that. Ayaan says tell us about the boy. She says he will come in a few days and you all will come to know. Saanjh says it is time to move on.

Arjun is drinking away somewhere. In her bathroom, Maya sees Arjun’s photo and says I will love you till death. Maya dresses up for him. She says now please come home fast. A drunk Arjun says Maya Arjun Sharma is the perfect wife before society. Maya is shown sewing her mangalsutra. Arjun says our relationship is in tatters. Maya says Arjun you make mistakes and I set it right because I love you. Arjun curses God and says Maya destroyed him. He gets call from Maya and is annoyed. Maya keeps on calling nonstop. Annoyed Arjun closes his ears and walks ahead. He falls down and Maya picks him up. She tells him let us go home. Maya hugs him.
