Urban Decay Born To Run Palette Review and Swatches

Urban Decay Born To Run Palette - £39.50
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray - £24
If there’s one thing which is my weakness when it comes to beauty releases it’s a new product from Urban Decay. You may remember last year I was able to get my hands on an early release of the Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette which you can read the review here (which I am still obsessed with by the way!) So when I saw Urban Decay’s twitter and launch on Instagram stories about their new palette, Born to Run I knew I had to have it in my life.

Urban Decay Born To Run Palette - £39.50
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray - £24

As you can see from the photos, the palette is STUNNING. First of all, it’s got 21 colours in it and it’s the same price as the Urban Decay Naked Palettes which only have 12 colours in so it’s pretty good value for money. What really caught my eye about this palette is the number of colours which it has in it. This palette really covers all bases. If you’re aiming for a daytime look there are enough neutral colours in the palette, or evening looks as there’s loads of shimmer shades or just fancy adding some colour to your look as there’s so much variety in what you’re getting for the same price as the naked palettes.

First of all as you can see the packaging of this palette is STUNNING. It’s so different from the other Urban Decay palettes I own and I love how the casing of this palette is all travel photos! But yes onto the eyeshadows...

Shades from L-R - Breakaway, Stranded, Blaze, Weekender, Still Shot, Riff and Good as Gone
As you can probably see from the swatches, the pigmentation of the shadows is so nice. What I love about Urban Decay as a brand and the palettes they have is how high quality they are. The shadows really do last well on your skin as well. I love a neutral shade and I love how there’s a few shades like this in the palette. They are perfect transition colours for eye shadow looks! If I had to pick my favourite shadows from this top row I would have to say Riff and Weekender as Riff is a great transition shade and weekender is just me in eye shadow form.

Shades from L-R - Hell Ride, Baja, Accelerate, Guilt Trip, Ignite, Smog and Wanderlust
