Time for Shirts and Hats

Well, it's finally time for shirts and hats.  This July will mark four years in business, making just shy of a million a year in service labor between myself, Maria, and a couple other mechanics and electricians.

Regarding stickers--which many roughnecks collect as a hobby--Rig Angel's are prized.  I've seen them 'front and center' on hard hats, covering a pile of others.  I've seen them stuck on the inside of a hard hat when the drilling company's policy disallows the outward display of stickers.  Coolers.  Lockers.  Coffee pots.  Tally books.  One Driller had one--a solitary sticker--on the window above his head.  "What's that?" I asked, undercover.  "Oh, that's my Rig Angel.  He keeps me and my crew safe."  Seen the stickers on rigs I've never been to, on the hats of hands I've never met, for companies I've never worked for.  Seems that most drilling contractors have heard of the company even if they've never used us.

Two days ago, the men of Patterson 245 told us we need to make shirts and hats.  So they'll be the first recipients.  Gonna work on it this week.
