Tell us about your company’s mission and values.
We know our guests have plenty of choices when it comes to dining out, planning a meeting or hosting an event, Copious’ mission is to provide the best service, the most innovative cuisine and a memorable experience for each of our guests. As a staff we value mutual respect, accountability, responsibility, kindness and professionalism.

What are the services you use the most (or are looking forward to using) from the Columbus Chamber?
We look forward to partnering with Chamber members to host events and meetings (for groups of 4 to 280) that WOW their guests! Our flexible meeting spaces include a sophisticated urban loft for private celebrations and corporate training sessions, a speakeasy for cocktail parties or dinner presentations and a brick-lined dining room for board meetings and small parties. Our entire facility is also available for corporations wishing to host large scale events with the flexibility to move attendees into smaller spaces for  break-out sessions. Breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner menus may be customized to fit the needs of each audience. At Copious, we love to host a great party!

How do you stay engaged with trends that you see in your industry?
The restaurant and events industries move quickly, and so must we. Our team of leaders, including Executive Chef, Brian Wilson, capitalize on seasonality and freshness in crafting our menu while our events team focuses on the innovation that make gatherings of all sizes a success. It’s important to us to craft memorable celebrations for our guests, but also to push ourselves in creating innovative featured dishes that have deep roots in regional American cuisine.
