Thanksgiving Side Dishes – Cheesy Green Beans

Ingredients

2 KG of Green Beans

Half Cup Heavy Cream

2 Garlic Cloves

2 Tablespoon Lemon Flavoring 

Half Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Salt

Red Pepper flakes

Directions

First, Preheat the oven 400. Put the Green beans, Cream, Garlic, Leamon, salt and red flakes in a baking dish and mix it well. Then add Mozzarella Cheese and bake it for 20 – 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and beans are baked. Serve Hot.

Ingredients

1.3 kilograms of Baby Potatoes

1 Onion Chopped

12 Cloves Garlic

2 Tbs Rosemary

1/4 Olive Oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat the Oven 220 Degree Celcius.  In a Bowl toss all the potatoes and all the ingredients and mix it well. Put the mixture on a baking sheet and cook until the potatoes are crispy and browned.

300 Grams of Broccoli Florets.

1 Tbs Olive oil

Salt

Garlic powder

Red pepper Flakes

Lemon Juiced

Directions

Take a steamer and add broccoli into a steamer and steam it long enough so that it is neither hard nor soft. Then remove the broccoli and pour it into icy water. Let it cool and keep it aside.  Put the burner on and oil in a pan and heat. Then add broccoli, Garlic powder, Red pepper flakes and salute, cook till the broccoli soften. then remove from burner add lemon zest and juice.

Thanksgiving Side Dishes – Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Cooking Spray

1Kg baby potatoes

1/4c Butter

3 Garlic Cloves

Water

Salt

Black Pepper

1/3 Cream

1/4c Milk

Oregano

Directions

Spray the Cooking Spray in Crock-Pot. Add Potatoes, butter, garlic and water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 hours. Once Potatoes are tender add cream milk and spices. Then Mash the potatoes then serve.
