Remember the blackbuck that Salman Khan allegedly shot 20 years ago? Well, it finally got justice.
Bollywood star Salman Khan has been convicted by a Jodhpur court in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. The other actors- other actors —Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari, who were accused along with him — have been acquitted.
The Tiger of Bollywood has been convicted under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act for blackbuck poaching case. He is likely to get the sentence of two years in prison and charged with Rs. 50,000 fine. However, the actor is also most likely to get bail since jail term is below three years.
