3. Poison Oak

It’s unlikely you’d get so far as to eat poison oak, given that it will give you a nasty rash on your hands and face first. But in the event that you do, just know that it will give you severe gastrointestinal problems when ingested

4. Poke Weed

Pokeweed is common in the American south and is often prepared as a soul food dish. If eaten raw, however, pokeweed can cause convulsions, vomiting, and respiratory paralysis.

5. Doll’s Eyes

Also known as “White Baneberry,” this plant is native to eastern and northern North America. The whole plant is toxic, but the sweet tasting berry contains a carcinogenic toxin with a dangerous sedative effect on cardiac muscles.

6. Moon Seed

Common in eastern North America, these colorful berries can cause paralysis if consumed in large enough doses

Considered one of the deadliest tresses on the planet, the English Yew has a majestic lush appearance. All parts of this tree, including the red berries, are extremely poisonous, and there is no known antidote
