January 16, 2018: Rain-induced Landslides in Tacloban City of Philippines have claimed lives of four people.
The northeast monsoon is affecting Northern and Central Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon, PAGASA said.
According to The GMA Network, bad weather continues to affect parts of the Visayas, Bicol, and even Mindanao.
