Jay-Z Releases New Video From The Acclaimed '4.44' Album

There has been much publicity about Jay-Z's latest and 13th studio Album '4.44' and now he introduces another set of visuals for 'Kill Jay Z'.
The black-and-white music video is directed by Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz. It features a young man donning a "STAY BLACK" T-shirt who appears to be running for his life. Eventually, aerial shots depict a man lying in the desert and then swimming and floating in the ocean.
There has been a lot of speculation about the meaning behind 'Kill Jay Z', but it is mainly about killing his ego and being honest with himself. There are references to various contentions such as his 1999 arrest to the elevation altercation with sister-in-law Solange in 2014 and rumours about his infidelity.
"Kill Jay Z, they'll never love you You'll never be enough, let's just keep it real, Jay Z F**k Jay Z, I mean, you shot your own brother How can we know if we can trust Jay Z? And you know better, n**ga, I know you do But you gotta do better, boy, you owe it to Blue You had no father, you had the armor But you got a daughter, gotta get softer"
This is the fourth set of visuals so far from the chart-topping album which is #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. 'Kill Jay Z' follows compelling music videos for 'The Story of O.J.,' '4:44,' and 'BAM.'
