Bought a Townhouse home in 2016 in La Mesa, CA.
Upon meeting Mike at an open house with no commitment I took is information with no intention on looking for a house in the near future. After speaking to my wife we decided to see what could hurt in checking where we would stand. Long story short Mike went from showing a couple of properties with no pre approval yet to assisting us with the approval process all the way to being there to assist with any questions on signing escrow paperwork for our first house. I can appreciate the honesty and the commitment he has shown me and my family. I have already begun to refer him to co workers and friends. Definitely somebody I will keep in touch for future houses that we may plan on in a few years.
